The sale price was $3.5 million. The property included a total of 10 lots. 8 lots in Londonderry improved with 8-6 unit two-bedroom apartments plus an additional vacant lot of about 6 acres. In Litchfield, the property included one lot improved with 3 buildings totaling 18 units (17 2-bedrooms and one 1-bedroom).

"The improving economy and the still high demand for rental units have made the multifamily investment market a positive move for both buyers and sellers," said Jackman.
